SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS & TEACHER RESOURCES
Unlock your students’ potential, without adding to your workload.
Give your students enriching outdoor experiences that help build and develop lifelong skills.
how it works
We support the young people on our programmes from start to finish so you don’t have to.
To get started:
Step 1: Fill in the contact form on this page.
Step 2: We’ll reach out to you to book a call and answer all of your questions. We’ll also send you a resource pack in the post.
Step 3: Share the opportunity with your students, and help them complete their sign-up form. Once done, we’ll take it from there.
Step 4: We’ll keep you posted on your student’s progress throughout. We may ask you to give them a gentle nudge on things like fundraising or application admin, but that’s it.
BENEFITS FOR YOUR SCHOOL
Boost your Ofsted rating.
Enrichment, personal development and well-being.
From September 2026, Ofsted’s Inspection Toolkit now looks at how your school’s enrichment offer supports your personal development and well-being priorities. We’ve been doing this for nearly a century.
Our programmes cover all five categories* that define a good enrichment offer, as outlined in the Department for Education’s new Enrichment Framework.
We will help you connect the dots between your enrichment offer to students, our programmes and the way your school assesses your students’ personal development.
As a charity, we measure our impact each year. We will give you everything you need to demonstrate the positive outcomes for your students.
Beyond the time it takes your students to sign up, it won’t cost you a thing.
*The five categories are: civic engagement; arts and culture; nature, outdoors and adventure; sport and physical activity; and developing wider life skills.
How we unlock self-belief
We offer young people Adventures and Expeditions through our four Wild Pathways.
Each young person can start their journey on whichever Wild Pathway they feel most comfortable.

Become an Expedition Leader
If 4+ students join us for an Adventure Week or Expedition during the upcoming season, you’ll unlock:
4+ Students
A free space at our Expedition Craft Weekend.
Our Expedition Craft Weekend (typically held in October) is an immersive CPD course designed to develop your skills and mindset so you can thrive — and help others thrive — in remote expedition environments. Includes meals cooked over an outdoor fire.

8+ Students
The opportunity to lead on one of our programmes, travel costs included (subject to passing our Leader Assessment).
As a teacher you already have the skills to connect, support and inspire – you can make a real difference. Leading on an expedition will give you the chance to take those skills and apply them in a remote wilderness environment.
It’s a unique and rewarding personal development experience. Crucially, unlike other youth expedition providers, we would not require you to lead on the same programme as your students.

12+ Students
A £500 bursary towards your Summer Mountain Leader award.

Combined with the unrivalled experience you will gain from leading with us on one of our expeditions, you will be well set up for any future adventures.
