Have you ever wondered how long lava can take to harden? Well look no further.
On the 2023 Dangoor Next Generation Iceland expedition, a trio of Young Explorers (Peggy, Aleiha and Simon) decided to film a short video explaining the time it can take for lava to harden in the Icelandic lava fields*.
During an expedition, Young Explorers will have the chance to work on various science or media projects that are supported by their Knowledge Leader. These projects help them learn new skills and gain a deeper understanding of the environment around them.
